WOWWWW
Tonight my world changed, my roommate Keara made me a drink.
She calls it the "JPK Cocktail" it is a simple mixture of vanilla vodka and ginger ale. Together it is a refreshing drink that tastes like cake batter. So good. Summer drink! Fo show, fo show!
Speaking of drinks my best friend Kate Ellis can now legally drink!
Keara and I now have a projector installed in our apartment to take the place of our old TV! SO ILL. The people on screen are LIFE SIZE.
Recent purchases worth mentioning: THESE
AND THIS WOWCH shirt.
Now lets talk about the weather, tomorrow and Wednesday Sunny mid 50s. Thurs Fri Sat RAIN :(. Sunday and Monday the sun returns and temps hang in the mid 50s.
One month left of school, that's really fun. The Hills premiers next week. My sister runs the Boston Marathon this month.
HMMMM. Seeing New Found Glory! HMMM.

SPRING BREAK OH NINE
I cut my hair today:
It looks rather dull.
I also went on an extravagant baking quest. I couldn't decide between brownies or cookies. I have the ultimate sweet tooth! So I made both!! Together!
It's simple. Just make brownie batter, pour into pan, then make cookie dough, and drop small clumps into the brownie batter. Bake in 8 X 8 Pan for about 50 mins on 325 degreez! and voila, 2 comforting treats in one!
Just kidding I didn't cut my hair. I was thinking about it... Because if I had a haircut like Miss Holmes I would be pretty psyched.
But let's weigh this out. I do not have her face, and I have spent the past three years of my life growing my hair out. This is rather shallow talk, but its on my mind. SPRING BREAK OH NINE LIVIN.
I just want hair like this maybe, getting close!...
So what's interesting is that last night on NBC Nightly News Ann Curry was shown interviewing the Dalai Lama. This interview was important because The Dalai Lama confirmed the his non violent resistance tactic in Tibet was a failure. He still stands by his belief, but announced that it would never overcome China's violent methods against Tibet. This got me thinking about Nelson Mandela who once had the very same attitude of non violent resistance against South African apartheid. Once Nelson saw the failures of non violent tactics he turned to guns and guerilla warfare. This was successful for Mandela, who at one point in his youth was too intimidated to even disobey a white woman, never mind violently attack his oppressors.
A rather unpolished comparison, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

All I want is warm weather. I should be embracing the cold and hope to soon, but the only way to take advantage of the weather is to drive out of the city. It's not like summer where I can just post up with my friends.
A Note: Lance ruins this photo's purpose which was showcasing a summer activity. Why is he sporting a jacket and winter hat? What a weirdo.
It's not like I can just go on a pizza tour of Boston and enjoy a slice outside with friends.
I can't lay down in the grass of the Public Garden to read.
Of course I guess there's plenty of school work to be done...
and excellent music to listen to...
such as The Avett Brothers
and sports teams to lurk...
and destinations to look forward to...
